Sheets from the 3.5 KVARTO rolling line can be used in a number of industries. Their quality, processing requirements and properties are governed by special regulations and standards. In addition, the quality of KVARTO sheets is guaranteed by many certificates. Choose from different types and qualities according to the area of use to achieve the optimal result.
Types and use of KVARTO sheets
We supply the sheets in various variants, thanks to which they have a wide range of uses. It is suitable both for steel and bridge structures, as well as for transport machines and vehicles, ships or special military equipment. In our portfolio, you will also find sheets resistant to atmospheric corrosion, pressure and high temperatures, or sheets suitable for offshore structures.
Structural steel sheets
can be used for simple and highly stressed structures. The offer includes sheets according to EN 10025-2, EN 10025-3, EN 10025-4, EN 10025-5 or ASTM/ASME.
Sheets for cold forming
due to its malleability, it is suitable for bending, edging, profiling and other methods processing. Sheets according to EN 10149-2 and EN 10149-2 are available.
Ship plates
you use them for the production of various types of vessels as well as for their repairs or conversions. Their specifications are based on the regulations of the classification societies.
Sheets for offshore
they are intended for structures at sea and in coastal areas. Offshore sheets meet the requirements of EN 10225.
Sheets for further refininement
you will encounter them across the entire engineering industry. Their properties are specified in EN ISO 683-1/EN 10343.
Boiler plates
they are resistant to high pressure and temperatures. We offer boiler plates according to EN 10028-2, EN 10028-3, EN 10028-5, ASTM/ASME and AD 2000 Merkblatt.
Choose from a wide range of sizes. We supply sheets in the following dimensions:
- length: max. 18,000 mm,
- width: 1000-3200mm,
- thickness: 5-100 mm,
- weight: max. 12,500 kg.
The stated dimensions are only approximate. The resulting appearance depends on the combination of individual parameters and material specification. Upon agreement, we are able to produce sheets up to a length of 21,000 mm and a thickness of 200 mm. For more information contact us.
